Terms of Service

Graviton is an educational platform: lessons, drills, simulators, and skill assessments for cryptocurrency trading concepts, plus a skill credential and affiliate badge program. All markets inside the product are synthetic and simulated. No real assets are traded, held, or exchanged in the academy.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or financial planner. Nothing on the platform is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Trading cryptocurrency is risky; decisions you make outside the academy are yours alone.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter this agreement. The service is void where prohibited; you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

You can use much of the academy without an account. Signing in works through X (Twitter) or by verifying a Solana wallet signature; we never see or store passwords or private keys. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the security of the wallet and social accounts you connect. One account per person; do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent an affiliation.

The academy awards experience points and $GRAV balances for learning activity. Today every reward is simulated: balances are records in our database, have no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, or transferred. Earning is capped and locked per the public Earn Policy, which is part of these terms.

If on-chain claims ever go live, they will come with their own published rules (eligibility, verification, timing, and possible identity checks) announced before launch. Until then, no statement on the platform is a promise of a token, an airdrop, or anything of monetary value. We may adjust simulated balances to correct bugs, enforce anti-cheat rules, or rebalance the simulated economy; any economy-wide rebalance is announced on our X account.

Graviton Certified and related badges are skill credentials, not endorsements. They attest that an account passed our curriculum and exams and signed the Code of Ethics. They are not a license, a guarantee of trading skill or results, and not a reason to trust anyone with money.

• Credentials are revocable. Violating the Code of Ethics, cheating, or abusing the platform can revoke your badge and forfeit unearned rewards. Revoked badges come off the roster; the revocation is retained in our registry and reflected in the public revocation count on the Trust Dashboard. Disputed revocations can be appealed at hello@graviton.global.
• The public roster shows activated affiliates by X handle and avatar (a verified X account is required to appear). Activation is your choice; standing rules apply while the badge is active.
• Active affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliation with Graviton when promoting it, and must never present the badge as investment advice or as a reason to trust them with money. Failure to disclose is grounds for revocation.
• Any badge gifted to a launch partner will be labeled as gifted and carries the same standing rules.

The academy is free today, including certification for the Founding Five cohort. We have announced a future one-time certification fee; if payments go live, checkout will state the price, currency, and refund terms before you pay, and those terms will govern. The certification fee pays for the credential and exam service only: it does not buy the credential (which must be earned), and it does not buy, reserve, or unlock any token. No fee is ever required to receive anything of monetary value.

• No bots, scripts, exploits, or automation of learning activity.
• No multiple accounts, referral fraud, or reward farming.
• No probing, scraping at scale, or interfering with the service.
• No unlawful use, and no use to defraud or mislead others.

We enforce these rules with rate limits, caps, audits, adjustment or reset of progress, badge revocation, and account termination, at our discretion.

The platform, curriculum, artwork, and brand are ours or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for learning. Do not republish or resell the curriculum. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the product without obligation.

Sign-in with X, Solana wallets, and blockchain networks are third-party services under their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and interactions you have on-chain or on social platforms are outside our control.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (credentials on the public record, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

We update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are reflected in the date above and announced in the product and on our X account at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless your local law gives you non-waivable rights elsewhere.
