We have two primary models: 1) We partner with founders who bring their own deep tech ideas and help them build and scale their companies. 2) We match experienced entrepreneurs with internally developed opportunities. In both cases, we provide full support including technical development, operational expertise, and funding.
We provide comprehensive support including technical development, product design, market validation, business strategy, operational setup, recruitment, and funding. Our in-house team of experts works alongside founders throughout the company-building journey.

INVESTMENT & EQUITY

We make initial investments in each venture we create or partner with, providing both capital and comprehensive support. Our investment size and equity stake vary based on the venture's needs and stage but are designed to be founder-friendly while reflecting our deep involvement in building the company.
As companies mature and achieve key milestones, we help them raise additional capital from external investors. We remain actively involved as a partner while helping companies build their independent operations and teams.

We believe the most significant opportunities lie in breakthrough technologies that can solve fundamental challenges. Our team's technical expertise and experience in building deep tech companies allows us to effectively support these complex ventures.
Our technical team provides hands-on support in areas including prototype development, technology architecture, technical validation, and IP strategy. We also help recruit technical talent and build engineering teams.
